The intervals were excellent, BTW. Given what I&#8217;ve done in the past 7 days, having season-best power numbers is very reassuring.<\/p>\n<p>Today, I woke up early and went out for an easy recovery ride. I learned the &#8220;Bird of Paradise&#8221; posture. He&#8217;s started quite the <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.roadcx.net\/archives\/3916\" target=\"_blank\">homebrew operation<\/a> in the kitchen\/hall closet.<\/p>\n<p>The remainder of the week is mostly resting up for next weekend&#8217;s Ouachita Challenge.
