  1. After a weekend of racing for 40 minutes and eating a lot all weekend, I wasn’t questioning my scale on Monday morning. It showed 190# (before I left I was at 163#). This morning, it showed I dropped to 187#. I picked up and moved the scale to see if it was just sitting weird on the floor. I heard a part moving around inside…I tilted it and a small plastic piece fell out. I then weighed 146# after trying it again. I guess I should just average those numbers? I think I need a new scale.
