Tempeh (marinated in balsamic vineagerette dressing), sauteed mushrooms and onions, mozarella cheese, and arugula

  2. I had no clue what tempeh was. I had to google it. Your pic looked pretty good so i ran out to see what i could find. Fixed it similar to yours but added some feta cheese and a hoggie bun and it wasn’t bad. Thanks!
