  1. Andrea, unfortunately the ones who ought to take this to heart won’t watch this, or don’t give a rats.ss.
When Nokia was still flying high, their CEO made less than a half a million a year, while Jack Welch who used to run GE was paid tens of millions plus bonuses and other perk. How can a person in all honesty say they performed work worth millions, while the guy on the shop floor works for 15 to 18 bucks.
Keep ridin’ your bike, keep the rubberside down, and your eyes on the horizon.

  2. CEOs are not the only issue…. Been working with corporate a types for voer 10 years and everybody from middle management on up get a large % of their salary each year back as a “bonus”… Even if they dont contribute to the bottom line and have earned it. Every corporate headquarters in Memphis pays 50 to 100% of ones salary each year if you are high enough (upper middle management).

They protect each other while playing the shell game with how bad the company is doning and cutting staff/outsourcing to save their own asses. Seems to me that management should be cut and outsourced if a company does bad…. They are the leaders and its their fault IMHO.
